A broken hammer shank or string, a stuck key, or a missing part can make the piano unplayable. If you are having any of these problems, make a note of it when you schedule your appointment. Depending on the repair, you may need a longer appointment to cover the repairs and the tuning. I can also make recommendations for repairs during your initial tuning and assesment. If you are having a problem such as a stuck key or broken string, contact me directly by phone/text or email to schedule a service call for troubleshooting with an initial fee of $150.
